I became a certified children’s yoga instructor in 2015. I love sharing the benefits of yoga with young children and caregivers in small group, studio, and classroom settings. Yoga is a great way for young children to enjoy movement, increase body awareness, and begin taking responsibility for their overall health.
Classes always feature a component of literacy, whether incorporating story time or acting out a well-known book through various yoga postures.
